What can you expect?
20 minutes of theory
Each lesson starts with a clear explanation of a theme from Eastern philosophies. We make complex ideas understandable and show you how you can use these insights to bring more joy and well-being into your daily life.
Tea break with cake after the theory, in which you can enjoy a cup of tea and some sweets. This moment is ideal for asking questions or sharing experiences with other participants.
20 minutes of practice
The second part of the class is entirely focused on accessible exercises that are suitable for everyone. Think of:

Chanting mantras to calm your mind.

Breathing exercises (breathwork) to release stress.
20 minutes of meditation
Finally, we round off with twenty minutes of meditation. Before we begin, you will receive an explanation of how to sit comfortably and stably on a meditation cushion, so that your body finds a posture that supports your mind. Then I will guide you in a gentle, guided meditation. It is a form of concentration meditation that is suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
We explain the basics clearly so that you can continue practicing at home after class and experience the longer-term benefits.
